Hi, I'm William 👋
I currently work as a product designer at SmartPass (recently acquired by Raptor Technologies). Here I build accessible software that helps improve school safety and operations. 📚
My professional journey started by designing my own major at Penn State and creating a gap-year to learn design through apprenticeship at Experience Institute. This led to design experiences from product innovation at Salesforce to learning design at RXBAR. From building software for restaurants at Tock to scaling a platform for businesses to grow their audience at Sprout Social. From designing a student wellbeing platform at Project Wayfinder to helping students explore their careers at Handshake. My career has been focused on designing products and services in complex systems. ✨
I care deeply about education, experiential learning, accessibility, and civic tech. Outside of work, I love weaving, baking, and spending time in nature. 🏕️
