Doug Wilber is the Operating Partner at venture capital firm SixThirty. In the newly created role, Wilber advises SixThirty’s portfolio companies as they refine their go-to-market strategies to effectively partner with large-scale, enterprise businesses. An industry veteran, Wilber is skilled at fostering growth and collaboration between established companies and startups.
Previously, Wilber was the Chief Strategy Officer at Capacity, an AI-powered support automation platform. As CEO, he led SixThirty portfolio company, Denim Social, to a successful exit. Wilber has extensive financial services experience serving in leadership roles with Assembly Payments, PYMNTS.com, Discover Financial Services and Market Platform Dynamics.
Wilber has been a part of SixThirty since its inception with roles as an Investment Committee Member, mentor and advisor. Wilber, deeply embedded in the St. Louis startup ecosystem, also serves on the Board of Directors for SixThirty portfolio companies Equipifi, Unreal Estate and Rippleshot. He holds a BS in Marketing and International Business and an MBA with a focus on product development and brand strategy from Penn State University.
